The hobgoblin master of Copperpenny Row has held the district in his firm but gentle grip since 1002 IR. With interests in hospitality, finance and manufacturing, he is a noted figure in the downtown Bailymena business ecology and the benefactor of the city's Copperpenny Row entertainment district.
But, there is more to this genial entrepreneur than meets the eye. Yes indeed, with his charming smile and plummy Bailymena brogue it is easy to forget that this particular hobgoblin is a veteran of many nasty military conflicts in Kerrangenor, that he seized control of his domain from the criminals who held it before him using skills gained in those very campaigns, and that he is known for the severity of the punishments he levies on those who transgress his rules.

As the Guild-sanctioned Master of Copperpenny Row, Thrasher's network of contacts, informants, and business relations is vast in scope and byzantine in form. It's not an exaggeration to say that nothing happens within his neighbourhood that he is unaware of, rather, it's a well-known fact.

Thrasher is aided in his efforts by his lieutenants ⁽¹⁾ and apprentices, who manage their own section of the business under his auspices and guidance. Family Ties
