Branwen Shea

The Dean of Psychothaumaturgy at Tallwater University is a half-elven woman named Branwen Shea. She is a tall, austere woman in her mid-to-late 70s, but the elvish blood runs strong within her, granting her the vigor of a 20-year-old. She is easily the most intimidating presence at the university; one of the finest Diviners the world has ever seen, she can break the strongest psychic defenses with little effort. Her greatest gift, however, is not her magic; it is her perceptiveness and ability to truly read people. Nothing gets past her steely-eyed gaze, no minute expression escapes her notice. Her reflexes are what some might call precognitive as well. Diviners are all, of course, notorious for this; they all tend to finish people's sentences before the speaker even knows what they are going to say, they all have bullshit detectors that would thwart Baalzebul himself, but Dean Shea is said to scrutinize one's very soul. - Djurro Volant
