The Traveling Graveyard

Written by Escritora Novata

A huge space ship of unknown origin, home to a... complicated crew of artists and criminals known as the Deadly Entertainers. They visit every planet they can reach to have fun, take pictures and get stuff they need (or like). Their ways may or may not be legitimate, it depends on the planet laws and whatever is easier or more entertaining for them.
They accept anyone as passenger as long as they have something to offer, whether that is treasure or help cleaning the kitchen. Once they are in the ship, they can claim any room they find empty (or dare to try and throw out the current occupants) and enjoy any of the attractions and commodities. They can bet, buy (or steal) souvenirs, earn a place in the crew, fight for power... there is no rules nor limits. Consequences are a different story, those are always unavoidable.
Passengers can be so for ever, or join the crew or leave the ship in any planet. Jumping to the space is not forbidden, but it is difficult and not exactly popular. Actually, is most likely that those who ended floating in space didn't agree to that. Which take us back to the consequences thing. Sharing a spaceship with all kind of people and no kind of laws can get you killed, hurt, or even unhappy. No sanitary rules and visiting just any planet, can lead to general sickness. Stealing from pirates or avoiding the inspections of official ships often ends in violence.
The Deadly Entertainers and their passengers have lots of fun or die trying, but most of the bodies disappear. They are not buried in the next planet or throw to the dark cold space (not usually). They are not to be found in the ship. They are probably burned, of course, but people prefer to invent and spread more "interesting" theories —although not as interesting as the ones about ghosts and causes of death.

Power Generation

An old solar energy collection system is still part of the ship, panels and power storage units are visible here and there. They don't seem to be working though, and there is no new system to be seen.
The legend says the Graveyard is engines are fueled with ghosts, or by the effort of captured stowaways.

Armor and defense

Ancient spells and runes are combined to create a powerful Mirror Shield around the whole ship at all times.
