Igloonest

Located at the 0,0 coordinate of the city, Igloonest, next to the remains of the Port of Montral, remains a hallmark. Its winter night parties, full of Electronica, remain a highlight of nightlife in the city. Since they happen invariably after curfew, they're outrageously illegal, but the participants are too many for the constabulary to attack at a time, so they are tolerated. One presumes they're also thoroughly infiltrated. Of special infamy is the Festival de l'Île that happens there once a year.
