Soul Tethers

This refers to a person’s immortal binding to the various deities. All are tethered, whether they be faithful or not. This is why it is believed to be important to bring others to faith if they are lax in their divine obligations.
It is not only the six Hexaline that a person is tethered to. They are also tethered to the two Strangers and the Remnant of the supreme one.
It is believed that a person’s actions and faith is transferred to the deity they are tethered to, just as divine boons and divine judgments can be received through their link. The faithful are encouraged to keep remain aware of their tethers to the two Strangers, lest they become the puppet of one, or both.
