Loci are moderate-strength blightanomalies. They are rarer than tokens, but that hasn't stopped them from causing a lot of damage over the years.
These are only rare authorized for use by the Blightbane Branch leader responsible for securing them, usually only in an emergency, and only when the effect of the locus is well documented.
