Cull Contracts

Blightsources are constantly being harvested from Festerfonts, and the Guild announces its quotas for various Blightsources, which it will use in private manufacturing or resell on the open market.
Collection requests allow Seekers with collection skills to take on regular Culling Requests while making more coin harvesting Blightsources. Harvest techniques are difficult to master, so few are able to take advantage of this.
