Tremor's Children is a relgious group from Basrott. The Children are focused around the remaining vestiges of Ill'kondos and his elemental connection.
Organizational Structre
There are many members of the Tremor's Children throughout Basrott and deeper into the Tylathoram Coast. Often worshippers follow in secret, hiding their Primordial Worship from other religious and political organizations. Most members are only known as Children within the group. Those who are dedicated and have been "blessed" by Ill'kondos are given titles similar to that of The Founder.
Known Members
- Chlovin Frightmore: An aasimar, known as "The Founder", disillusioned with the divine pantheon, he follows the teachings of the Primordials. Druid.
- Sharol Vysoris: A human, "The Figure", the political figurehead of the Tremor's Children within Basrott. Cleric.
- Ny'kroa Yllsar: A half-elf, considered the guard of the Children, known as "The Stone". Barbarian.
- Bo Lyra: A harengon, known as"The Whisper". Information master of the Children, known for gathering and disseminating information against political opponents.
History
The Tremor's Children was formed by Chlovin Frightmore in 659 AR. Chlovin had become dissillusioned with the deities of the Shattered Pantheon, believing that the old ways created by the Primordial entities of Nonvyrox were the best way to live. The Tremor's Children were founded around the event of a disasterous earthquake through the city of Basrott. Many in the city were struggling with the declining economy and status due to their location inland. Chlovin capitalised upon this and preached of Ill'kondos, a Primordial that once ruled the area upon which Basrott now stands. He was successful in gathering several members to his side. After more earthquakes in 660 and 662 AR, the folowing of the Tremor's Children has grown exponentially.
In 695 AR, the Tremor's Children were labelled as heretics by Basrottian officials. This has resulted have seperated themselves from much of the standard political affairs of the city. Their operational centre was driven into the shadows, whilst their public temple still stands dedicated to Ill'kondos, the final Primordial, most of their work takes place in the Undergrove, where their connection with nature flourishes.
