"River Dragon"

Fen Liao, more commonly known as the "River Dragon" is one of the most imfamous pirates of current times. No one is really sure where did he or she came from, who they are or how did they actually came about to be, but one can be alway sure about where they are going - towards the sparkliest treasure.
They seem not to be distinguishing between right and wrong, when it comes to robbing someone, be it temples, tombs or palaces, they seem to be doing it for the sheer thrill of it. They are a menace to any local Inspectors and other upholders of justice, so whenever there are rumours going about that Liao is searching for a new mark to hit, the princes mostly pray he is going to leave for another province soon and send away their most precious jade statues to their least liked cousin, hoping the Dragon would take the bait.
Many people believe that he is a fictional character and to be fair, there are many scrolls circulating the society describing his latest and most outrageous exploits and daring adventures. The only solid proof of their existence is one such story that has been amended with red ink with notes about how the score of stealing the Diamond Eye from the Tower of Storms truly went about along with a thumb print of Fen Liao at the bottom of the scroll.
There are rumours that they are a big fan of warm springs and saunas and never refuse a good excuse to get naked. They are also strongly allergic to bacon. But don't worry. It's all part of the heist.
Are they still alive? Many hope so and eagerly await new adventures to appear.
