The Auspicious Shores is a subsection of the Savelan Northlands, its territory occupying much of the eastern shores, some inland territories, and the archipelago offshore.

Beneath the Auspices

Many of the lands within the Auspicious Shores are seen as blessed by the gods in varying capacities. This is most notable in regions such as the one in which the city of Ausper sits; this inland stretch of the Auspicious Shores is known to bear bountiful harvests that most believe to be blessed by the goddess Levje herself, in addition to her other Ascended companions.

Most other cities and settlements within this region are smaller, seaside settlements, which rely on the oceans and their trading ports to survive and thrive in the kingdom's remote east. Laoro has a fairly direct trade connection with Ausper, as well as a direct sea-trade route to Damila, but cities such as Morningtide are often seen as too far from any other settlement to engage in routine trade or travel with others along the shore. Morningtide is not technically part of the Auspicious Shores, but this answer can change depending on which map one looks at, or which cartographer one interviews.

Remnants of the Lost

Evidence of the Shores' history is evident all throughout the lands, scarcely obscured by the new settlements and life that have moved in to take the former residents' place among them. Crumbled ruins dot the landscape, some immense but most reduced to rubble. That which has not been scavenged for precious stones and metals simply rests immovable throughout the plains and forests, a constant reminder that those who occupy this kingdom were not the first to call it home.

Haven for the Small

The Auspicious Shores are known to host one of the largest breeding grounds for the endemic sea scamp in the Kingdom of Arsavela. The island which hosts the city of Damila is a safe haven for these creatures and has been observed to be a location in which these birds nest and breed year-round, a trait that is atypical for most species in the wild. This is theorized to be one of the shore's many auspicious blessings.
