Summer26!

Peter what are we doing here? It's summer camp, again!! Wooo!!!! I love summer camp, honestly. It's such a good time. This will be my 1st full summer camp, and technically my 2nd summer camp all around. GOOD TIMES! I can't wait!
I just want to focus on the core assignments, and avoid the hopscotch etc. This prep article is mostly just my internal monologue and reflections :D

Week 1: Pledge your goal

OKAY! I plan to go for Diamond for summer camp. I do not fully expect this to work out in full capacity but by god we will give it a go.
Doing the full 50k for World Ember was an amazing ride that connected me to so many incredible people, but the pressure taught me a lot about my boundaries. Managing multiple disabilities means that too much attention too fast can cause me to absolutely spiral.
So, for this new challenge, my goal is to embrace Lou's 'camp quiet.' I want to enjoy the community's amazing energy, but from within my own little bubble. Giving myself the space to share when I want when I want, not feeling pressured, and most importantly reading as much as I can. I want to embrace everyone's successes this summer camp!!
Either way, I am so thrilled for this event you have no idea <33 My writing will likely be split between these two worlds, depending on which one calls to me for which prompt! Both of these projects are still in their formative baby stages, so It'll be good to see what I can work on and flesh out more!

Week 2: Area of Focus

This is an interesting one for me. I don't really have.. an area of focus? I'm a bit of a project hopper, I love jumping around and following the shiny spark wherever it goes. Whatever that looks like this year I'm just happy to be here :]

Week 3: Plan your writing time

I'm very lucky to have as flexible of a schedule as I do right now. Writing time is a lot of my time. I've got a lot of freedom to do it! Mostly in the mornings, as I have other commitments a few times a week but I plan to write every day.

Week 4: Goal as a worldbuilder

Three things! Mostly for fun! World building is such a good hobby, I love it so so much. Its my little escapist dream that I can fall into whenever I want.

Second thing is for my tabletop! Building detailed worlds for my parties is just so perfect, and I want to continue making my tables as vibrant and colourful and detailed as possible.

Third thing is for my novels! I'm also a writer, and I want my setting to be consistent and flavorful in whatever way that is.

Closing off

I'm so hyped for this!! I really cannot wait to see where it takes me, and what ideas come from it :D
