Ruby Conservatory
The Conservatory teaches not only a multitude of instruments, but also acting, dancing, and several other pursuits. They perform in one way or another at the Ruby Night theatre every day, pulling in a sizable income besides tuition fees.
Structure
The Headmaster leads both productions and academic work, but most of the theatre and concerts are overseen by the Ruby manager. The various specialities each have their own Dean in charge of that type of performance. They work in groups for those training to be bards within a particular sphere (often referred to as a 'College').
