Grand Vizier

The advisor to a Qel'tath in all things practical. They are the ones to oversee everything from urban planning and sewers to make sure roads are kept functional. Since most Qel'taths don't bother with the details of this, the Viziers are often very influential and powerful from the perspective of common people. Of course, they normally have experts in various fields working for them as it would be very difficult to keep track of every detail.

Requirements

A Grand Vizier is often, but not always of Noble birth. They have significant knowledge about at least one of the fields they'll oversee and are often qualified in several. and, of course, a good relationship with the Qel'tath that they'll be working for as well as an extensive understanding of the area, are absolute requirements.
