A God is an incredibly powerful Chaotic Being, made by the rite of Divine Ascension. They are the beings that held most sway over Iatar throughout the The Chaos Era, though in the present age their active influence is diminished. Even though their active influence is diminished, it is still their presence which maintains order upon Iatar, from the passing of the seasons, to the undeniable power of the various religious institutions dedicated to their service.
