TRUE STORY REFERENCE - Oskar Groening

Oskar Groening is possibly the most important reference character for the entire Dark Garden project.
He is completely not what you expect.
He was a committed supporter of the Nazis, he participated in the killing process that underpinned the largest mass murder in history, and yet was much like you and I today. In him lies a confronting truth that modern man is capable of great atrocities given the chance.
Within his story we can find the contradiction that will make Dark Garden real.
