Chapter 18 DOMINION AND FREE WILL

One of the oldest of God’s laws in effect is that of dominion, choice, and free will. In the beginning Mankind was, by decree, set over all of the NAPOX and the SUPOX surrounding it. Mankind was given dominion over the earth.

God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it." GENESIS 1:28 NIV

Within this dominion came a second gift: free will. The irrevocable freedom to choose, forever and in perpetuity. Mankind was given the right to collective and individual self-determination.

...the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free..." GENESIS 2:16 NIV

Woven into the fabric of creation was everything Mankind required. Mankind had the power, the freedom and the authority to bring into effect a kingdom in any shape they chose. But enter the devil, and Mankind fell.
