Ta'Falia Form 3 Amplification

The Ta'Falia school of Shol has eight known forms as of the Reformation of Gigornous.
Form 3, amplification, is the most common use of Ta'Falia. It is used to strengthen materials or persons and can be used to activate and improve the function of utilitarian items and transportation. For example an elevator could be turned on with Ta'Falia and then amplified to travel quicker to it's intended floor.
Effect
Form 3 amplification Ta'Falia increases an attribute of it's user or the object in question. Using Form 3 on another person requires far more inner Shol reserves if the person affected is unwilling. This is not common as Form 3 is usually reserved for healing acceleration or for mundane use. Any combat application would be used as a buff for an ally or oneself.
Side/Secondary Effects
Unless using on another its really difficult to botch this spell. Only an oaf could possibly do so. An oaf, or someone indulging in a major bluff. Such a bluff would require activating the Shol but then deliberately cutting off the Shol midway through casting the spell. Failure to finish channeling results in a complete reverse of the desired effect. For example, channeling for a 50% of speed to ones legs and stopping 30% of the way through the channel will result in 100% slower legs for the remaining 70% of time that the channel would have taken.
Manifestation
A red lightning bolt tattoo traces its way to the end of the arm. If touching an electrical item a jolt of electricity or a current depending on how long the Tafalia Shol is channeled.

Ta'Falia Falrinite either from external dust or crystals or internal Shol burning can all be used to activate form 3.
Discovery
The Haloric Galria was blessed by TaroNazdria as the inventor of all Ta'Falia Shol. During the Nazdria war Galria became a Haloic Guardian and in combination with SO banished Calavent and after teaching Ta'Falia to a number of students left for EldWer and the Shatterborn Wars.

Material Components
Without natural affinity Ta'Falia dust at a minimum, and crystals preferably are an absolute must to cast this spell.
Gestures & Ritual
The user must say Ta'Falia to activate it. If it is an object and not a person the caster must touch the object. For a distance channel the arm must be extended in the general direction of the person palm flat and fingers pointed upward.

Effect Duration
The majority of Form 3 amps last only 1-2 minutes. It can be longer and even permanent if channeled for a sufficient period of time.
Effect Casting Time
For every minute of amplification 5 seconds of channeling is required for a self-buff and 10 for an ally and 20 for a resisting enemy.
Range
The target(s) must be within 30 feet and visible. Any farther and the caster will become rooted in place and will have to constantly channel even after the buff has been applied.
Level
Anyone that is aware of their own power can cast this spell.
Applied Restriction
If a being doesn't have any Ta'Falia dust or crystals and has no natural affinity for Ta'Falia Shol they cannot cast this spell. Target must be visible
