Shrine of Laduguer ruins

Purpose / Function

The tucked away shrine was a little known secret back in the day that Laduguer had built under King Deghwahr's nose as an act of spite and a test of both power and resolve.

Entries

Amidst the ruins of what once stood as a stone cathedral, is a set of stairs leading into the cathedral's basement. Remaining unfinished, the basement is very cave like as it twists and turns about, leading any brave adventure to the final chamber, where the Shrine of Laduguer is preserved.

Valuables

Laduguer's amulet is thought to rest within the shrine's walls

Special Properties

A hidden passage behind the throne reveals a small room with a single active portal in it. The portal seems to lead back to the entrance for some reason. Nothing else is known as to why this portal exists in the first place or what it's supposed to do.

Architecture

Unfinished and unkept tunnels winding to a bigger chamber that was held up with six smooth and rounded pillars adorning the colors and symbol of Laduguer, anchoring the focus of the room towards the towering stone throne against the back wall.
