Cliffs of Memento
A rocky cliff with flowing fog and black whisps cascading down it, defining each sharp and dangerous pointy edge lining the cliff face. On top of the cliffs sits the Grand Archives of Totality
Localized Phenomena
The fog produced by the cliff seems magical in nature, and often causes climbers to experience weird and strange sights. It's been known to cause many a climber to forgo their climbing gear, in favor of plumetting to their quick demise.
