Influence

Your swim speed is now equal to your walking speed. If you already have an equal speed, you instead gain double swimming speed. 

Ritual

The Querent, the Reader and the Witnesses gain the ability to breath water and a swim speed at least of their walking speed, but lose the ability to breath air. A portal opens up nearby, leading to an underwater realm.

When the Querent, the Reader or the Witnesses sleep, they have dreams of the problems within the Water Realm.
