Influence

When you barely succeed on a roll, a highly improbable calamity befalls one of your allies. When this happens, the Influence of the Cards cycles.  Ritual In 2d4 days, a massive natural catastrophe threatens to wipe out all life. A great rock might fall form the sky, igniting massive fires and kicking up dust that blots out the sun. Volcanoes might erupt, flooding the land with molten rock and poisonous are. The Querent and their allies will miraculously survive the effect, left to make their way into the broken world. 

Whispers

Any survivor that invests any trust in the Querent, will sooner or later discover that the Querent was responsible for the disaster.
