Outlaw

Bandits often have to make do with whatever armor they can collect, but often have to fight guards and others better equipped. The Black Rose always has a few crossbowmen in her band to help her odds against an armored threat. Even a common outlaw with a crossbow can stop a knight.
The outlaw often supports the Black Rose from the shadows with his crossbow. Many a guard has found a bolt in his body before their party knew there was trouble.
