The Broken Isles are a small cluster of six islands, several days travel from the southern coast of Ilwyrika. They are mostly comprised of bare rock, and only two of the islands have sources of fresh water. The islands' inhabitants, the Iaxons, live on those two islands, but make use of the other four for hunting.
They are important breeding grounds for many species of sea birds.
