Storm's Gate is a large fortress located on the Seruic side of the mountains of the Teeth, guarding the way in and out of the Throat.
The fortress is formed of two towers that are built into the steep cliffs either side of the mountain pass, a thick wall stretching between them. One tower is the residence of Lord Sunderlin, whilst the other is the barracks for the men who guard both his family and the pass. These men are known as the Storm's Watch.
The town of Sunderton has grown out of the fortress, providing both homes and supplies to the people who work there.
