My SC19 Plan in Ecosys | World Anvil

My SC19 Plan

Scale & Scope

Inspired by the World Anvil's Sunday Stream; the Scale is the size of your world. Is it a city, country, planet or galaxy? Ecosys is a pseudo-planet with elements which will eventually cause my scale to grow; thus making it easier for me to get lost. This means I need to scope in on one area/region of Ecosys; or in this case, City.

Eco City

My SC19 scope will be the capital city of Ecosys, Eco City. A setting which has been mentioned already (Eco HQ). It is also a key location of the world, which will be the core setting of many future adventures, such as the planned EPO Interactive Adventure.

Focus

The reason for narrowing my current scale is, as mentioned before, to prevent myself from getting lost. Right now, Ecosys is a rough sketch of lines, shapes and ideas. My plan is to finish SC19 with

Summer Camp 2019 Tracker

The purpose of the tracker is both a table of contents for the articles and to be a checklist of my progress.

Going for GOLD!

SC19 has a three-tier challenge & rewards system:

Bronze
10 completed prompts
Silver
20 completed prompts
Gold
30 completed prompts

Each prompt requires a minimum of 300 words.
Indeed, as the heading states, I shall be GOING FOR GOLD! This will be a massive challenge for me. One which will be difficult, but that is why I am challenging myself to do so!   Will I succeed? Only time can tell. Perhaps this challenge will be easier than I am anticipating. SC19 will be my first Summer Camp, so I have no idea what will happen at the time of writing this article. A goal isn't a goal without being SMART about it, so...
Goal: To complete all 30 SC19 prompts, by the end of SC19. I will do this by tackling each prompt, each day; with 300 words minimum in each article.
"You don't set out to build a wall. You don't say 'I'm going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built.' You don't start there. You say, 'I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall."

A concise plan of how I am to tackle Summer Camp 2019. The My Prep article is mostly about my direction for Summer Camp 2019. This article is to outline my daily plan and focus for Summer Camp. This is an extension to my preparation, as it is a more in-depth perspective of the direction I am to take.
These preparation articles are for both the reader (you) to have an insight into my approach to SC19, as much as these are also for myself to revise. These are my own navigator tools for my world, to help me find my North; so I do not become lost in the dense fog of random ideas.
