Satorra

Third largest city of the main island, Satorra is a major coastal settlement at the northwest edge of the country in a province of the same name. Some consider it to be the last beacon of civilisation as the most notable building is the lighthouse that also serves as the cityhall. That place is a sight to see.
From below it the only interisland subtrain track goes towards the Crimson Outpost and from there continues all the way to the Lunar Kingdom. It is the only track that successfully avoids the effects of the mist regions to this date. Satorra has a long and complicated history, as complicated as are the narrow crooked streets so typical for it. From uprisings to revolts over sieges and rebellions, the people who live there are proud for their unbroken spirit that is always ready to fight for what is right. When mixed with the stubborness and outside worldviews, it is a boiling pot of streetfights and bar skirmishes. Possibly why the best duelist in the country tend to come from around here. For centuries the main trading commodity was whatever the mist brought ashore, from little trinkets, to lost tradeships, magical artefacts and corpses of weird monsters - no matter what you are looking for, Satorra was your best bet that you could mayhaps even find it there. For a reasonable price. Satorran people are always willing to reason, even thought it is sometimes with their fists only.
Trading district seem to be the most prosperous, although you can find some aristocrat housing as well, even though the more posh people tend to build their mansions outside of the city walls on nearby mountain peaks - far from the noise and frequent magical mishaps. If you are looking for a patron that will fund your next mistdive, you should look into the very heart of the port, as there are adventurous people even among the rich.
Satorra is also the main place where the religious sect Ocean of Light gathers and have their public sermons.
