Vallonmere

A market town located within a valley, beside a lake called Adela's Rest; famed by a legend who, long ago, sacrificed themselves to cleanse the once tainted lake.

New Rulership

Approximately 1 year ago, the Ludorian Empire seized this town after taking control of the local territory. Since then the town has seen a rise in taxes, to help fund Ludoria's conquest. Vallonmere was once a town which was neither rich or poor. Being the lake town along Kólm's Drift, it was a good stopping point for traders. However, since the ongoing war, not much trade has been taking place. Instead, the town is used much like a barracks before the troops of the Ludorian Empire head off towards the frontlines.   Governor Quintus Amatius Cethegus of The Ludorian Empire is the lord of this town. The replacement of the well respected former leader, Earl Vordas of the Runebreaker clan.
