The Fauns are a short jovial race known for their love of merrymaking, music and slight naivety. Fauns live happily in the wildly dangerous Karus Forest in the fabled Enchanted Wood. The Enchanted Wood is hidden deep in Karus Forest and its deceiving music makes the Faun city nearly impossible to find. Fauns have carried out a very festive existence for centuries with little thoughts of war or danger. Many larger more dangerous races leave Fauns and Faunesses alone due to the woodfolk’s ability to enchant potential enemies with their music. Many a would-be bandits have gone skipping gaily off a cliff at the fanciful melody of a Faun’s woodland tune.
