The Swarmfighting Tradition
Swarmfighting is all about dealing as many hits, weak or not, as fast as possible. Such aggressive pressure makes the user like a one-person crowd. Both maneuvers and spells of this tradition always leave it's user in better positions then when they started, giving others no ability to escape or think. Charging, Distant closing measures, and splitting focus are the bread and butters of Swarmfighting.
While not a spell school of yore, Warfare has roots in other systems. In traditional fighting, Swarmfighting is a lot like Pressure or Crowd fighting. It is often a hard counter to
Outcombat , but it's quickness cannot deal with
Warfare based fighting.
