MCF: Unwavering Faith, Faithful Intervention

Your Unwavering Faith feature improves with your mastery.

You gain the Heroic Intervention general talent, or another you qualify for if you already have it. When you use this talent, however, you radiate a burst of energy, protecting the saved entity for longer within a bubble of divine energy.

This bubble of protective energy is equal to the size of the saved entity, and lasts until the end of your next turn. While the bubble is active, it pauses (but does not remove) any harmful condition the entity has. Any effect that would kill the entity is outright nullified, but damage is otherwise applied as normal, halting at 1 HP.

E.g, if you were to be crushed by a ceiling trap, the radiant bubble would hold the trap in place while you move out of the way. If you do not movre when the bubble ends, you are crushed to death as normal.

Heroic Intervention
[spoiler]

Something within you, something extraordinary, causes you to snatch survival from the jaws of defeat.

If anything (An explosion, an otherwise unavoidable ceiling trap, etc) would bring the Hit Points of you or an ally of yours within 30 ft to 0, or would outright kill either of you, you can use a ◇ to have you and/or your ally to survive with 1 HP instead.

You (and your ally, if applicable) then move to or toward a spot where you both would be safe, as long as you (both) have a clear path and that spot is within 30 ft.

You can use this talent once per Long Rest.
