Semi magical chemicals with properties that can distort light and/or induce hallucinations. When properly treated or used, it can used as a more mundane solution for camouflages, or even turning things invisible.
Like all parcels, this item can be can be incrementalized (i.e. you only use half of 1 parcel, leaving 0.5 par, or 0.5 bulk left).
