Sharpshooting Adept

You've become adept at making shots others find impossible. Attacking an enemy in the longer range increment of your ranged or thrown weapons doesn't impose Disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls. Additionally, when you make a ranged attack, you can choose to take a -5 Numerical Penalty as a Free Action / ◇ to the attack roll. If the attack still hits, the attack deals increased damage equal to 5 + your Proficiency Bonus. This damage can be any that the weapon can produce. You cannot use this talent after you confirm you've hit.
