A Silenced Creature:
- Can attempt to use abilities with the Verbal component. They will automatically fail/fizzle unless they user has a mitigating feat/ure.
- Cannot willingly make a sound of any sort involving their mouth or their hands (including musical instruments).
- Cannot convey any Linguistics effects, including the use of a language (either vocal or alternative, like Telepathy⚙️ or a sign language).
