AT: Stout Ingenuity

Stout Ingenuity	You make up for your size with the ability to work your hands to do complex things. Pick either your Dexterity or Intelligence. While you are not in combat you gain a Bonus Dice (base d4) to all your Primary Skills you are trained in that use that Attribute. At Character Level 7, this effect applies in combat as well.
