Alarming Disapperance

Your ability to move unseen is so startling, you cause panic.

If you were previously observed before hiding, or if an enemy creature glimpsed you while you are Concealed (i.e. they came -5 below your Concealed result), and they are within 100 ft of you; they must make a Will Save vs your Concealed number, your CON + 10, or your Spell Save DC (whichever is higher).

On failure, the creature(s) gain the Frightened and Off-Guard conditions for 1d4 turns.
