When a creature, door, or object cannot be seen, having stealthed or disappeared from sight.
A creature can gain the Concealed condition by using the
Stealth and/or the
Hide Action.
After making the Stealth or Hide roll, the creature gains Concealed X, where X is the result of the roll. If it is a group check, use that result for every creature. A concealed door or object will have a set DC, and will require it to be found.
A Concealed creature is
4/Fully Obscured from all creature(s) whose Passive
Perception(s) is below the Concealed result. A Concealed Door or Object uses the same results.
A creature may use the
Seek Action | ◈ to search for a Concealed entity once a turn. If a creature's Active Perception check is at least -5 of the result, they may gain awareness of another creature or object, even if they cannot find them. If a creature beats the Concealed result, the creature is aware of where they are for the turn, removing the Concealed condition altogether.
Concealed can be enhanced by
Invisibility and being
Muted.
