Magic Familiarity, Dawn Elf	Thanks to Dawn Elven culture playing a role in your life, you know much about Arcane magic and its usage, giving you access to a wide spectrum of abilities. You learn your choice of any 0th rank spell or ability from the Arcane Spell list. At character level 3, you can learn any 0th or 1st rank spell ability from the Arcane Spell List. Additionally, once per Short Rest, you can cast the 1st rank spells from this talent at their lowest rank without consuming a spell slot or resources. As these Abilities are natural to you, they are not hindered in the ways others are. These spells are added to any Library or Repertoire you may have or get from any/all classes you have, and are always available to you without needing to prepare them. Maneuvers are available to you regardless of which Fighting Style you have (or don't have). Hybrid Abilities follow the same rules as both. The Attribute used to use these abilities can be any of your choice, using that attribute as theSave DC, if you do not use your class's.
