Spells with a duration, such as Detect Magic work as normal, with no need for interaction. Spells that require an activation or trigger, such as Guidance, will be used when their trigger activates. Due to the lengthy nature of this Exploration Action, spells that require a resource to be consumed (like a spell slot) cannot be used.
