Vocara

A Wanderer motivated by finding stuff about the heart of the cards in those ziggurats.
Having fled from the far continent of Libynos, Vocara stands tall and slender ready to forge a new life for herself. A human with proportions closer to an elf than the peoples of Akados she has strong sense of who she is and what she will accomplish in her life. She leads the Wanderers across the vast plains north of Bard's Gate in search of Draconic Ziggurats that break the monotomy of the grassy landscape.
She, like her people, are all outcasts from their respective cultures and have banded together to forge a new identity together. Having learned the magic inherit in tarot cards as a child, it is quite serdipitious that the awakening of Decks near her should happen. While Cardists have a competent understanding only she has a deeper understanding of the cards purpose She seldom shares this information with outsiders but has been known to offer information to adventurers who explore the Ziggurats. A few brave souls have accepted her offer but have not been heard from again.
Her people are spread across the plains but she keeps in communication with the different bands, ensuring they have all the provisions they need. When Things are declared she acts as leader and the final arbitrator of any legal decisions or rulings that need settled between aggrieved parties. Typically her duties are delegated to trusted advisors leaving her free to attend to the greater needs of ensuring a success Thing.
