Victor Panucnar

A gnome wizard, who lives roughly halfway between Haven and Klose, and is a Baron of Kingdom of Veven. He is known for his many scarecrow and other magical implements that help protect the various farmlands and pastures of Veven, however his experiments are also known to go array from time to time. Fortunately every knows this and few live near him.
His tower is small but well furnished as he is an accomplished wizard, especially in the art of transmutation.
Banned from magic for one year, 10 years of high level magic, lifetime ban on scarecrows.
