The Draska is a race of magic users that can blend completely with the surrounding culture. They lived in the village of Aurora until a plague almost destroyed the race.
One of the most unusual things about the Draska is their marriage custom. Draska Bonding involves a joining at a spiritual level with a bond so tight that one spouse can not survive the death of the other. Another quirk is that they will only drink from the Water of the spring that forms the pool next to Aurora. When necessary, they can drink other beverages, but claim that they drain their power.
Chosen and blessed with great power by the Light, this race was known for the gifts that they shared with the world. They became counselors, healers, and guides.
