Sona Summerkind
Wizard Sona
The royal wizard to Bethraal II. Though officially said to hail from a cadet branch of Clan Wallock, others whisper she comes from the Dark Cape, somewhere deep in the Fiirwood.
Sona was a fairly young apprentice of Surshem the Serpent, promoted and entitled over two much older apprentices. One of them, Anna of Hammerbend (sometimes called Hanna of Hammerbend) disappeared mysteriously not long after Sona's entitlement. Some rumors claimed Sona used her magics to murder a rival, with others suggesting it was Anna who attempted to kill Sona out of jealousy, only to be expelled or even executed afterward. The other, Marev of Glassroad, still serves as apprentice to Sona.
