West Karmithia

West Karmithia

Once part of the Karmithian Empire, this region now is a series of failed states, struggling city-states, and battling warlords. It lies between Aorlis to its west, and the much larger Holy Karmithian Empire to its north and east. West Karmithia is bracketed in the northwest by the Fern Maer inland sea, and to the south by the Arlyndor Sea and its smaller bodies, such as the Deep Sea, the Melanque Sea, and others. Eldric Kolthen of Old Norward has made an aspirational claim for West Karmithia, but nothing has come of it yet. West Karmithia’s climate zone is temperate, with chaparral in its lower quarter along the coast, and steppe conditions in its northernmost reaches.
