Supreme Chivalric and Elder Order of Three Stars

Based in Thalium, and called the Supreme Chivalric and Elder Order of Three Stars, these knights answer to the King of Thalium, and their patron saint is Gregor. Three Star knights are chosen from Thalium natives of gentry class or higher whom have rendered epic service to crown, and they only may be inducted by the king. Long celebrated in song and literature, these knights have epic and heroic reputations. Their mission is service to the king, as royal bodyguards, homeland defense, and maintaining high chivalric honor and glory for Thalium. Their livery is a white tabard with royal red trim with a stallion embroidered on the back; impressive handlebar mustaches; and one of the seven bastard swords of this order. The knight’s oath takes precedence over all his other oaths. There are seven total knights in this order, and no supernumerary members, and membership seniority determines authority. The order’s benefits include high justice, unlimited hospitality, royal access, armed access to the royals, and full legal immunity. They keep a small commandery in a specially commissioned chapel in Taeglos cathedral.
