Argolin

The Argolins have been held by the Empire of Aorlis, Fiordlunde, and Argoria at different times. These islands are stark, isolated, lonely places. They are noteworthy for giant-sized, Pratean ruins on Ballast Island. Also, Gregorm Island seems to phase out for part of the year, simply vanishing in mysterious fog banks. Argolin is a currently a petty independent monarchy belonging to House Ulbrecht. They have married into the Mathurnes in the last century, but those alliances since have fallen away. Their primary town, and the Ulbrecht’s capital, is Nebbit Cove on Grand Island. These islands belong to the Universal Faith, and they speak Aenglik.

The Argolins are situated in the Corlyn Ocean just west of Aorlis and Argoria, and they are separated from mainland Kainded by the Killraven Sea. These islands are seated on two contiguous island chains, and they have an oceanic climate. The Argolin Islands include North Shore, Ellenby, Wetherall, Grand Ballast, Nyck, Orx, Aurme, Little Aurme, Gregorm, and Hoary. They are firmly in the Aorlisian economic sphere, although they trade with Argoria too. Argolin natural resources seem minimal, and the islands are poor, sustained by their sheep and wool production.
