Snowpeople

In Christmastide Valley, a few snowpeople are amongst the beings who help Santa Claus. They are sentient due to the presence and powers of Goddess Gaia (Mother Earth), Mother Nature, Father Winter, and the Spirit of Christmas. Each of them was made by Mrs. Gertrude Claus, Santa Claus, or by the Christmas Elves.
The first being was Frosty. His full name is Frosty the Noel Snowman and he was born Christmas Eve, 1815. He is 139 when Baxter meets him and 140 upon Baxter's return from the trip.

After Frosty is born, all realize he has no powers but that he is able to tick all the boxes of being a living humaniod being and therefore a true citizen of Christmastide Valley.

As the years pass, Frosty wants to do something. He asks Santa what he should do. Santa doesn't say exactly although Frosty creates the first weather station and as such names it Frosty's Weather Station. It is quasi-independent as it also is partially run by Flight Command although Frosty lets them run it.
Other snowmen and snowwomen (altogether snowpeople) are created over the years.
