Frosty the Noel Snowman
Frosty the Noel Snowman is the first living snowman within Christmastide Valley and was created and brought to life on Christmas Eve, 1815.
Days after Frosty is born, the parliament meets. He isn't at the meeting but was brought up. The department heads have seen him. Many have talked to them about Frosty. Even Mrs. Claus gets involved!
They realize he has no powers. And they didn't care. Mystical beings choose to see past the view on what makes someone a citizen, worthy of being called a person. It never made sense to them. But because he checks all the boxes, it is declared that he is living being and therefore a true citizen of Christmastide Valley.
Frosty soaks up everything he can, gaining knowledge about the Humans and the world around him.
The years pass.
Frosty wants to do something. He has had fun but truly believes in the mission and in Anceint Power. At this point, Frosty wants to help somewhere. Even if it is the mission.
Frosty and Nicholas end up conversing. Frosty thinks hard on what the city needs. He then goes straight to Mrs. Claus and a few elves.
The secret project is now underway!
When all is done, the entire community gathers inside the Noel Convention Center for an announcement.
This announcement is the unveiling and revealing of a weather station for the Christmas Eve Launch. The now-first within Santa's Valley.
As the entire community celebrates the weather station, The Department of Flight Command within The Department of Sleigh Flight and Christmas Eve Command asks to use it. Frosty would like to own the building but operations is freely given to the departemt.
The department agrees.
Frosty is now enjoying life helping out all departments and is now also an advisor to the council. He also ofen advises Baxter, elves, and helps guard the cavern.
