Stellar Compact Member State

A member state of Stellar Compact is a a nation which enjoys the full range of privileges and responsibilities. Sometimes also dubbed "full member states" to distinguish them from protectorates and other nations which do not possess full internal autonomy.

A member state can have its status reduced in cases of e.g. civil war or severe corruption which require portions of its governance to be put under international oversight.
