When you need them smart, but not too smart!

Specific

When installed with a purpose program, a dumb drone becomes an expert in that particular field, to the extend of being fully autonomous during a mission.

However, dumb drones are unable to define their own missions or campaigns and require at least a MAICU for new assignments, otherwise they will go in safe stand-by after completing the latest mission or continue the latest task until abortion or cancellation.
