The quantum pen is an invention based on an ancient and sadly quite limited natural phenomenon called quantum entanglement.
The dire need for the intertwined quanta to be kept all the time in a state of absolute congruence rendered previous attempts to utilize the phenomenon impossible.
The newly invented quantum pen or much rather quantum pen-box utilized the recent advancements in artificial magic developed by Noctec.

A simple aluminium box fed with the necessary technology to maintain a gravity field and an ordinary pen with a special tip. And still so effective.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The quantum pen appears as a black box able to get connected to a keyboard as well as a mechanical printer.
The box holds up artificial zero gravity on its inside allowing the name-giving pen to hover freely and completely unaffected by anything at all.
The pen is always with its quantum ballpoint in contact with the writing wall and is able to move through gravity bending commands interpreting the typed in letters on the keyboard.
The writing wall recognizes the movement and secures it as a command string for the printer on the receiving end to get printed out after the message got fully written. Manufacturing Progress

The instalment of a quantum pen couldn't be more simple and at the same time more complicated. The instalment begins with a timed creation
of an entwined quant within the ballpoint after both boxes got installed at their desired locations. When the quant is stable and got tested by the instalment team from Noctec everything is set up for communication.

Setting up the quantum pen requires the involvement of Noctec, as the company keeps the possession and usage of a quantum generator for their companies usage only.
